Lighting Red,Blue or Both?

I have a 125w blue cfl, and a 125w red cfl.
would using both of them at the same time be the same as using a 250w dual spectrum?
was thinking of starting a couple more plants midway through my current grow, and want to keep them in the same space

If your growing multiple strains under cfl that I say keep them both 125w won't give you a lot of light for them to grow as good.

im currently starting 2 easy ryders, but i was going to use a single 125w on them. blue for veg, and red for flowering.
i read somewhere that using red during veg can cause hermies, but dual spectrum works for both
if i was going to try starting 2 more plants, would working both lights at the same time be ok.
also is 125w good enough for 2 plants in a 60x60cm grow space?
