Live Stoner Chat Red/Purple stem, no budding, very tall. - What can it be?

I am only making this thread out of curiosity.
This is not my plants and i have very limited knowledge about them.


So, this guy i know, bought some nice buds to smoke, in these buds there were seeds.
He planted the seeds and now one of them is about ready to harvest.
To me it looks like an autoflower, also because here in Denmark theres no way a normal photo plant would get done in 3 months outdoor. (Bloom time is just beginning now in late Juli-October)
But he has 3 plants, one of them looks just about ready for harvest soon, the other one is not quite up to speed, and the last one has no buds or anything, it is alot bigger than the others and has a completely red/purple stem.

Any shot on what the reason might be?
Shady genetics?
Seeds from different plants/strains mixed in one bag with the buds?
Is the plant just slow..
Anyone?

I think atleast the one to the far left, is probably close enough to harvest for it to be, just a part of its cycle, just sucking the last nutes out of the leafes.
But the other two i dont know.

looks like there beggin for npk to me. all def look low to me. what soil did u use?

I don't know anything about the soil or nutrients, im just curious to why one of them is already done now, while the other one is only starting to bud up, and the third one is nowhere near even producing buds, and it has a very dark red/purple stem.
I havent seen anything like this before.
They are all planted around 3 months ago at the same time from the same badge of seeds.

when I first started growin I reused my soil once,wasted a think different seed. soil was way low on nitrogen( found out later from soil test kit there was no nitrogen or phos in the soil ,only potash.anyways that som bitch was 32 days old and 2 inchs tall.
