Red Stem and Twisted Leaves on Seedling a Problem or Overreaction?

I have my HLG 135w V2 RSpec turned all the way down at 4 feet above the sprout.

RH is 60-70%, with temperatures between 68-73. Should I add a clear cup dome or just be patient? I have a humidifier and fan on in the tent, as well as an exhaust system

first grow, first sprout and first seedling I can’t help but worry but I’m trying to not tinker too much. This is day 3 of sprout, and on day two I lifted my light from 3 feet to 4 feet

any input is welcome, even if it’s just telling me I’m a worry wart. I’m also ok with admitting I started the light too close, this one is a lost cause, and to resprout with a new seed and lessons in hand

She looks ok she seems a bit thirsty wat ph is the water you use. Wat is it in soil coco and 4ft is a bit high if it's turned down all the way lmk I will help where I can

This is a classic look for plants lacking Magnesium.
Your description of twisted leaves and purple stem gave it away.
Regardless of grow medium.
Prepare a 50-70ppm mix of epsom salts in you next feed.
Considering the age of the seedling,..start regular nutes in 1 week, after feeding the magnesiium mix.
She'll be fine...and stop worrying and over mothering.
Also, DO NOT OVER WATER.
A shot glass of 2 oz. (about 50ml). every 2nd day.
