Has anyone tried something that aggressive with a Mephisto autoflower and what were the results?

I'm coming up on week 10 in my grow, and my Mephisto Fugue State and Cosmic Queen are responding to schwazzing exactly like the Dutch Passion, RocBud, and FastBuds strains growing alongside them. As an experiment I LST'd half of them and topped the other half, they all took both training methods in stride.

When I grow diverse groups of breeders like this, consistently the frostiest one will be a Mephisto strain, this run the winner is Cosmic Queen.

Autos don't mind haircuts.
The plant on the right got topped at the 5th node then I topped all the new growth from that. Then lollipop and she's still green and happy.

I second this. The amount of trichomes I get off what seems to be any strain of Mephstio is just extraordinary.

I agree. All my plants get transplanted, scrog, and defoliated. Depending on strain and how they are growing, topped and/or super cropped. I try very hard to make sure everything that produces flowers, produces good flowers.

I also find it easier to not transplant. I germ in the the container it gets finished in. Less chance for errors in my mind. Photos or autos, it just seems easier to plant where you're gonna harvest.

I typically LST and never take a fan. But I also harvest plants top to bottom over the course of a week. Essentially leaving the bottom to rippen another week.

Mine don't skip a beat, but I am using DTW coco and Jacks Nutrients. I can see where organics could cause timeline issues.

Autos hate transplanting? They don‘t like HST like schwazzing, heavy defoliation or others? Sorry but I can not agree with this statement because my personal experience and too many reports of other growers are telling a different story. It’s all about timing, technique and the gardener‘s skills …. assuming training will be applied to a perfectly grown, healthy and vigorous plant, which is crucial.
