New Grower Rental Inspection Monday - 1 Hydro plant in Week 5

Hi Guys,

The rental agent called today to ask if someone can come over Monday to draw a floor plan of the unit.

I have one Think Different in a DWC bubble bucket. What can I do to hide the plant? Hide it in the car with a box over it and without any water? Hide it in the garage with the air pump running and pray they don't ask to draw the garage? I could back the car up against the garage door and pull the battery cables and say the car won't start.

Any suggestions to keep the plant alive or should I scrap it and start over after the inspection? She's only a shorty right now

Can you move the plant to a friends place for a day? The car with a flat battery might look suspicious if he offers to help you roll it out of the way. Your plant can without any light for a day, so you might be able hide it elsewhere.

Black trash bag over the plant and into a closet? That's what I used to do when someone needed to come into my appartment. Just cook bacon before they arrive, also ONA products help take some of the smell away.

Eh just if ya cant move it to a buddies house for a handful of hours,just get the jack n a jack stand er two n take off a wheel n stick it in the truck.flat,cracked rim..take yer pick LOL! car aint movin then he will juuust have to work around it. you dont have a shed..?a buddy got a shed to borrow for an afternoon?and i take it you dont have a long extension cord covered with leaves n just stick it out back in the bush out back for a cpl hours outside?weather permitting if it aint too cold or windy.if i can think of anything after I wake up ill get back to ya.good luck!!:Sharing One:

Hey m8 I'm down under too. What about the rez and air pumping? I have a spare bucket I can put the netpot on top of.and put a box over it. Have until noon Monday to make a move.

The agent said it would just be a quick sketch of the floor plan, so I'm clearing out my robes just in case.

I do have an ONA bucket and fan. I'll also be cooking bacon for breakfast and make sure we have a curry the night before.

I think you can hide it with a black trash bag. Either in your car or in a closet or something. If It was me I'd prolly put it in the car or on the balcony. They never look on the balcony when they do apt checks out here.

The wife suggested putting it in the recycle wheelie bin and move the bin to the back yard.

Still no advice on the rez? Will she survive in standing rez water or can the roots be exposed directly to air in another empty bucket?
