Could anyone help me try to diagnose this poor girl? Ive been looking through 100s of deficency/problem pictures and the only one looking remotely like this was a plant that supposedly had root problems.
12 days old. Shes in plagron light mix, only had 1 tiny early feed when i noticed the problem. pH corrected tap water is at 100ppm. After that some CaMg and bennies. Leaves are dry, cracked up when i felt them as you see in the pics. Pale. Bit stunted. Its been under 250w hps i raised it a bit bit new growth still came out the same and now switched to a marshydro 300.

Bum, what strain is this? ..looks like the others are fine-? Firstly, LED and HPS light is lousy for diagnostics, so regular light pics are best,... Hmm, this looks like a dud plant Bum, which happens,.. contrary to common belief, each seed isn't going to always be a winner, and once in a while, you get a sickly turd of a plant! A risk we take when we don't run several of the same strain and chose the best of that lot, something breeders and (rich- LOL!) growers do,... nothing you mentioned can account for what I'm seeing, unless the there was a feed error,... but if new growth is consistently coming out like shit, it's just a bad baby- 
...odds caught up this time, IMO,.. I'd just yank it and start over,...nothing will fix this one!
