I wasn't too sure were I could post this, sorry if this isn't the correct spot. I am doing a soil grow, but used some older hydro pots that I have (I wrote more about this in my grow log, its dumb I know). Now with these pots, there are a lot of holes on the bottom of this pot. when inspecting the plants today, I saw the roots are starting to grow through the bottom of this.
Now, I have been doing a lot of research on hydro growing they say the roots need to be kept in a dark spot to prevent the roots from getting harm. I know this isn't hydro, so I am asking is there something I should do or leave it? I am also wondering about this, because I did order some air pots for the next grow. And I see the videos, they say they go towards the air holes, dry out and prune.
So is there really any cause for concern here?
