Thanks for the welcome guys. Up the ladder again today, the twins are doing great. I've only one previous grow to compare this to, and everything looks much better than that. At nearly 4 weeks the stems are already as thick as my full term White Rhinos.
Still no sign of plants showing their sex yet.
I observed an interesting thing with lighting - The plan was to raise 3 of these beauties, but one (the bad seed) only put out a tap root and couldn't be arsed sprouting - so I had already made a reflector with 3 overhead daylight cfl's in it, then I was down to two plants and positioned them like this - light \ plant /\ light /\ plant / light. Then I read about mixing up the light colour, so I put in a 2700k cfl in the middle. (Sorry this is like one of Ronnie Corbett's stories) and this is the interesting bit, the plants grew toward the daylight bulbs on the outside - you know, they leant away from the 2700k bulb - same wattage, same lumens as the others, just different colour.
Did a job on the fan as well, wrapped it up in loft insulation, stuffed it in a box and suspended the box off strings attached to the rafters - you wouldn't even know it was there.

It's 4 weeks on Wednesday - will post photo if anyone interested.

Hello everyone, thought id say a few words !

It is actually day 71 , just hit week 10, as it goes for resin and buds everything is fine. i would very much like to have lots of pictures for you to have a look at, however my charger cable for the camera has gone walkabout.. cant find it .. it will turn up and i will update with some pictures. i do seem to think i have a slight nitrogen def as i have multiple pale yellow leaves. i only have myself to blame as i completley cut out my grow nutes.. something i never do, ive always used some portion of grow throught my grows. nevermind.. just a tat miffed i fucked something up this late.

i would prefer if i could harvest on or around week 12 , rather than 13-14. i am thinking to myself .. i will check progress throughout this week .. if i am confident that i want to harvest early i will start a flush cycle on week 11 for around 7-14 days.

i am not looking for a body dead stone so the cloudy resin would be optimal for me. plus the early harvest would be a wise idea as i can get everything packed up as a few days after xmas i move out to a new apartment.

i can grow there for real so im not loosing out on anything.

gonna try hard to find this cable and put up some pictures, i feel bad about this post as there is no piccys to look at, but everythings fine.. obviously as ive always said my heat issues are a pisstake, i raise my glass for the times ahead in my new place, proper grow tent, proper circulation , reasonable temps. all round better product to look forward to

closet grows for me have been fun, but you cant always get it spot on. i think ive done well for myself .. im happy with how the northern looks, i have few more beans and look forward to growing this again under optimum environment, she could be so much more.

almost at the finish line, theres 2 last feeds before i start flush cycle ( thats if i go ahead with the week 12 finish )

so happy were moving out, i kinda just want to get this over with now as many of you know what i am doing is forbidden in this house.. would be a real kick in the ass if i let it go to 14 weeks then got busted, so.. early harvest.. stay safe sounds like the best option for me
