The plant looks a lil waxy on the leaves i check with a magnafiing glass and didnt see any bugs any help would be apreciated the 2 others are really growing fast this ones in a 3 gal pot with ffof and a seedlinh starter mix in the middle its a mephisto grapey walter under 2 3oo w cob led

How close is your light?At this stage your entire pot should be moist.until you have runoff.
Ive been giving them about 16oz water 1 every 3 days
16 oz is not enough.The roots are very active at this stage and the tap root grows straight down looking for water so give the plant a good soaking and see what happens.
