Hello to all the members, Below you will see one s.a.d.f1 version that has done sprouting since 10/9. 45 days ago i switched the lights from 18/24 to 12/12 and it hasnt change since then,it hasnt procceed to the flowering stage yet.
Finally the 2 other plants that started their growth together with S.A.D have procceded to the flowering stage some days ago

Hi auto_yoko,

Thanks for your feedback and for the pictures.

Which other strains do you have together with SAD F1 FV?

You say that you have it in 12/12 for 58 days but you also say that the other 2 plants "have procceded to the flowering stage some days ago
". This is not normal and may be a case of a mistake in the photoperiod. Did you check the timer? Is it really in 12/12 and is it working well?

Are there any possible light contaminations?

A cannabis plant (wether photoperiod-dependent or autoflowering) always flowers with 12 complete hours of darkness per day if uninterrupted and without light contaminations. Along the cannabic worldwide history there is no occurrences of plants that don't flower with these conditions.

Any member of this forum heard of a plant that does not flower with 12/12?

Let us know and we'll take it from there.

Kind regards,

tommy

Hi @auto_yoko Hi @Sweet Seeds Tommy

I don't know if I am right but my good friend @Dr. Babnik was it I think, got a African sativa from Nigeria that didn't want to flower with 12/12 he used 11/13 and it works.

I hope @Dr. Babnik see the tag and write exactly which strain it was and what happened with his grow last year.

Have a nice day you all

Sorry for my mistake,i meant 45 days after the sprouting.. The other two are ak and kush strains.the only thing worth mentioning is that one day at the beginning of the 12/12 the lights stayed on for about 36 hours.is there a possibillity that it will get into flowering stage after all?

Oh, Mr. @tobe is mixing two stories...

The Nigerian was my very first photo strain. Since I have big ego, I ignored all advice. I ended up killing the plants when they grew high above my lights. I may grow it again, but I have just ordered a strain Nigerian Landrace x Grape Puff x Grape Stumper OG. That should tame the wild landrace. It has no indoors genetics by itself.

The light regimen I use for flowering photos is 11 hrs of light. It speeds up initiation of flowering. I learned it from an old man who grew weed in sawdust and horse poo more than 40 years ago. When he tells me to do something, I do it.
