Seaweed for my composit or

Hello and this is my 1st post here,I'll start by saying that I currently popped 2 beans this morning,1 Nirvana auto northern Lights and a pinkdeisel amnesia auto ,I've got an abundance of seaweed and bunny manure ,can I add the seaweed in my supersoil or use it like a mulch ? I've thought about putting it in the blender and speeding up the breakdown process ,right now the seaweed is drying out,i washed the sea weed with my hose , trying to get the saltwater out of it ,any comments are much appreciated! I wash my seaweed and stick in a 20 ltr bucket and fill it with water then leave it for 2 -3 weeks strain bottle and mix it with water when I need it , has done know harm , and it is free .
