Will these buds bulk up?

Hey sup fellas on day 60 of my NL grow. It looks good so far pistils are starting to turn now a nice orange color. THis is my biggest plant i grew was just wondering will the buds start to fatten up or is this a result of using CFLs lol. I mean i dont mind skinny buds or popcorns its cool with me im gonna just smoke it haha. Just thought by now they would be just a little bit fatter.

I'd say deffinately mate theres plenty of fattening up to be done there. Looks Like a nice plant!
