Arrrrgh, I'm finding myself spending hours on Herbies trying to decide which seeds for my next order. How the hell do you guys pick from that huge selection (and that's just one site!), too many options always prove to be a problem for me!

Method to your madness?!

:help:

Lol, me too!

I seem to have adopted the round and round in circles technique ;-)

Think I'm going with mephisto next drop :coffee2:

What are you favorite stains? Widow, kush, haze, cheese ect what do you like? What are you looking for in terms of yield and potentcy? How patient are you can u wait 30 or 60 for a plant to flower? Its a lot about how you want to do things. I say start with strains you like to smoke if u can't find what you want look for something with similar genetics

Your not alone on this one.I think we all do the same thing you are doing,I spend weeks looking at seeds for my next grow and it does get crazy sometimes trying to decide what seeds to order.

It's always part of the fun! Talk about window shopping!
I usually end up with something I have heard about by someone growing or a smoke report but then also try to get something a bit different or that I have not seen every where, or even a name I remember from the past. For instance I just hatched a couple Barney's Farm Acapulco Golds. I got them because of fond memories of the original. Can always just go to a breeders page and close your eyes and point!! WooHoo!!

Yes, the seed buying conundrum

Its funny how my first seeds were gratefully bought on the basis of what the growshop had available. I was just excited that I was able to purchase cannabis seeds.

Now one successful though stunted growth behind me and we are preparing for next years outdoor season like its a military operation.

looks like it's going to be Buddha Purple Kush again cos we are enjoying the smoke. Dutch Passions, AutoExtreme, auto Durban Poison, Think Different and perhaps a regular feminised Hollands Hope or Durban Poison. We are also interested in the Buddha Magnums and Dark Devil from Sweet seeds.

We will peg down expenditure at around €200 to keep things realistic. But the above shopping / wish list is more likes two seasons worth than one.

its fun to have so much choice and a bit of time to make the decision.

I like to do the "Narrow it down by comparison" with open tab features on google

for each strain, open a new tab. Read all the info on it, and read the next one, close the window of the lesser of the two, and move to the next window/strain,

It is fun, but it is maddening, because depending on the day, time of day, and what I am smoking now, can determine what I am craving in a strain.

If you are new, I would reccomend something easy to grow. Makes things less stressful first time around.

You can't go wrong with Think Different. Good buzz, good yield, and easy to grow.

Pick and mix!
always something different.
continually experimenting.
Im like a kid in a candy shop when looking threw the different options.
I feel your pain bro!

Haha, hearing all of you on this one!
I just want one of everything!
I like the look of the Blue Auto Mazar, and maybe some kind of Kush. I do fancy some photo strains too, the Strawberry Cough sounds great.
The choice really is overwhealming, no bad thing!
Dazed.
