KC brains is dirt cheap indeed, but I ended up almost non of the beans germing.
Bought a pack of leda uno and his haze, and all I got was one leda male, the rest didn't pop at all.
Maybe I was just unlucky but I never bought any of his genetics again.

Indeed seed prices from some banks and breeders are way over the top.
Sometimes even untested stock is sold for a lot of money.

But it's a buyers market, and there are a lot of genetics out there for a reasonable price.
I love the internet.

Peace,

It's a touchy subject, breeders deserve something for their hard work... Though I also am on the side that when ya get right down to it god gave of this wonderful plant to help humans... Should money be involved at all? What an incredible movement that would be to take the old greedy dollar out of the picture... Not trying to open pandoras box, but if all marijuana users gathered into an organized community and everyone shared imagine where things could go! How far the plant could go... So until than which will never be I'll continue to support breeders seeds that how hard worked new proven strains... They deserv in my opinion the $$$ though due to the laws against this wonderful gift, it will always be this way...

It's worth mentioning that almost ALL the breeders at RCMC have auto/semi-auto genetics...and all are top-notch breeders for the most part, as I'm sure cres and lav would attest.

I really dig and respect the AFN loyalty I see...but trust me...Smoke-A-Lot Seeds, Da Bean Co, Bear Hill Seeds, LimeStone City Seeds and White Buffalo Collective are all worth your time as well!

VERY hard to beat $35 bucks for reg seeds, $45 for fems...all with a 15 seed freebie pack of your choice...it may not be as trendy or strain-hype based as other seedbanks...but RCMC will always be #1 in my book, and I know many others who feel the same way!

I just spent over $300 on 4 kinds of seeds. That's 10 seeds in each pack. And out of 30 I germed only about half came up. I still have 10 to try but idk if they will pop or not. So I know how frustrating it is to spend absurd amounts of money on seeds. But I have to say that even though I'm not getting the diversity I wanted I am still happy.
Yes I basicly threw away over $200 but I at least have a big healthy mother plant and will be able to make thousands of seeds that will be femenized. So imo I got my moneys worth. We spend crazy amounts of money on many things that we will use once or twice and forget about but with seeds if you make one big purchase then you may never have to spend another cent at a seedbank and have basically free smoke for the rest of your life. As yoda said "should money be involved at all?" My answer is yes but just once if you are smart about it.
P.s. when I get my seeds ready for sale everyone on afn will get GREAT prices.

I went and took a peek at hempdepot since I had not checked them out real quick and compared their prices to Herbies. I only looked at Autoseeds since its the only on that jumped out to be as autoflowers and Herbies was maybe 20% cheaper

Herbies seeds $24-$43 USD
Hempdepot $44-$69 USD
Herbies is pretty well priced, sadly they dont post tomy neck of the woods

agree 100%...lotta talk about respecting the breeder, but nothing says respect like making a big buy, going on a pheno hunt, then keeping a couple of killer seed mothers around forever...

if you have to drop that many to find a keeper it says allot about the breeder and strain
