New Grower Seedling dead or alive?

I had to peel off the shell of one of my seedlings and since then the leafs havent opened up or anything. Is this one a lost cause?

should I mist it some more or let the roots look for water?

Put a dome on it, any makeshift dome will work to keep it humid. Don't fool with it, like Torch said. Give it a small amount of light and it will be fine.

try to keep the top alittle moist in the start so it easily springs thrue. should be fine m8

Looks fine and alive. Just needs more time. Pot a see-through plastic cup on it to keep the humidity high, once it brings out its leaves, wait another 1-2 days and take the dome off.
