Grow Mediums seedlings in coco

Okay first,
Why only feeed every other day? Trust me. Feed every time. Minus the rare times you flush.

At some point you will want to feed further out from the center. Helps draw the roots to fill the whole smart pot with sweet mini root hairs.

Cal mag. I use separate cal and mag. I can't help you there, unless you use cutting edge solutions plantamp an magamp or some other cal and separate mag.

Do you have a ec/ppm meter and or a p.h meter? Or anything to be able to check for issues?

I am going to give opposite input. :-) I water 2 X a day and feed with every watering at full strength nutes. I use Mills with no burning. Your coco is loose enough that it doesn't have to dry out like straight soil.

Yeah tds and ph meter. Ill keep it slightly moist i know it almost impossible to over water from some other videos i just watched. But u can cause root rot.

Any advice on cal/mag for seedlings? Im figuring just add 1/4 strength for first two weeks or wait until third set of leaves then bump it to half strength

I DDon't have enough experiance with the nutes your using to give you sound advice there. However, coco loves to steal the calcium. So I go heavy. 1/4 would probably be a little lite, given that you are using ro. I'd go full. It won't total out to much with just a gallon of solution.

Anyone else?

So go full every feeding? Ill tryit out. My biggest worry is the amount of nutes i need to mic up so i dont stress her out and make a hermy out of her

Any nutes?
Well yes i use nutes, very simple actually. A+B as well as some root and bud nutes, but thats it. I use Advanced Nutrients A+B specific for coco, since they state that the nutes will adjust the pH to around 5.8. That means i only add a little bit of pH down to get it around 5.8 and then the A+B nutes will adjust the water to 5.8.

However, for the first 2 weeks i used plain tap water only, and that has worked very well. The hardness of the water where i live is relatively high so i did not have to add any nutes in the start. A bit off topic perhaps, but you can check out my thread to see how they were/are looking, new pics will come up today :)
