I think my seedling is stretching it is 5 days old and is already about 4 inches tall with the two. top leaves is that bad and what can I do to prevent this. I was also wondering is it too early to put it in full sunlight

They stretch for light, as soon as you put them in full sunlight, they will stop, but not just immediatelly, so they might need some support next days. Were they in shadow?

If you have the seedlings in a cup and plan to transplant them you could bury the stem a bit when you're doing it. If not, keep the support Gonzo mentioned for as long as needed. A simple long match, tooth pick or anything else sturdy might do it, and for the most part you don't need to tie it to the support. Because of the stretch it will probably have a slight lean, just put your support there and voila.

depending on your temps , I would start hardening it off now maybe find a shady spot out side you can put it in for a couple hours a day Then in a week bump it up to 1/2 to 3/4 of the day for a week or so then it should be ready to go all day, Iv found if possible outdoor plants do better (for me at least) if I sprout them out doors...I sy get them out side because even in the shade there getting thousands of more lummens then they could get in side. or move the plants up closer to your lights?
