Has anyone had their seeds confiscated by customs. I received my package with the stealth item but no beans. Green tape says examined by us customs. Will I get into any trouble? Has anyone been in the same situation before?

Where did you order from? Some stores have a guaranteed delivery.
I have heard of several people getting the green tape but zero investigations.
Hope you didn't order like a hundred beans.. That would suck.

From what I understand if the y find anything they take it all send you a letter to come and get it.....my next question would be was there anything in the package such as a DVD or CD...if so did you take it apart and look in side of it ?........

The t- shirt was delivered but no beans. I did the guaranteed delivery, so we will see what happens. The order was from the tude.

Man that is bummer news ;( I just did a small order with attitude (June promotion) I hope my stuff makes it me.... The green tape has got to suck I would be a paranoid mess.. Though, please don't be as I've also heard of it happening to a few others and nothing ever came of it..
I wonder if customs starts "looking" for packages from the attitudee if others will also get the green tape? Curious now to see when/if I get my package?
The attitude are GREAT to deal with customer service wise.. Your best bet is to use something like Skype (lower cost) and give them a ring. Wishing you god karma that the second makes it to you...

What a bunch of turkeys. There must be better use of resources than to open a package with a t-shirt.

Do you think it was, possibly, just a random check. If not, something about the package alerted them, i.e if shipping document says t-shirt and they feel something hard inside.

Could have been other suspicious items in the shipping/mail container and they checked everything.

Good deal on the guarantee with stealth shipping.

If you think it will happen in the future try a new route via a Canadian seed bank.

I ask for the seeds to be removed from the breeder's packs, which can be quite large/noticeable packed in with a t-shirt. My friends and I are 3 for 3 with attitude orders....
