Seeds in harvist AGAIN

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help with a bit of advice.
I'm on my second grow and for the second time my buds have mature seeds in them when harvested.


Set up is a Mars hydro 300 led (old style) & grow popular 200w cob led

In 8 litre fabric pots

Light cycle is 20/4

Temps are 25(lights on) 21(lights off)

With good air flow

& neutrants are Tangs advanced neut easy feed schedule. In plagron light mix soil.

First batch which hermied was DP auto colorado cookies. And latest was mephisto's alien vs triangle, I was loving what I was hearing on this one as well.

So ruled out genetics. It's something I'm doing different from other people on here


Only thing I can think of is the light defoliation of Some fan leaves
I attempt around day 30ish, to aid air flow around bottom and remove any useless flower sites that I doubt my led lights will penetrative anywhere near, to make worthwhile Meds

Any suggestions other than the 1 time defoliation of some fan leaves and very bottom bud sites???????????????????

Ps) wortg noting pot size is ruled out as well. Dp auto colorado cookies were in 10L air pots and hermied too.

On that second one, did you actually see it herm at all? I ask this because pollen could have gotten stuck on multiple things, filter, light, fan blades, vents, and even tent walls, without proper spraying down between runs this could have been the cause of the second time.

Unless you guys can see something I'm missing;

Here's a photo of some drying on the stem. I thought the seed sites were just calyx's????? But looking at it as it's frying those seem to be seed sites or at least where I'm finding seeds.

But to answer your question... NO I didn't wipe down my grow space after first one hermied.
rookie mistake I guess.

The above photos show the "calyx" I assumed were flower sites? Am I correct or is that a set of dangling balls??

Only reason I ask. On the first run I got highly suspicious of those calyx sites midway through & it ended in tears and seeds. So my thinking is in wrong on those being calyx?

Worth noting I partially/ progressive harvisted the top 200mm including cola only 10 days ago. I figured not enough time to make mature seed(s) which I've managed to get a tap root(s)from.

Best of it is... the Meds are not too horrible! Smells like it should, tastes okay... and gives a good zapp

Would have been amazing if I fulfilled it's potential I think.

Nah bro, I'm not happy with anything other than perfection.

Yield wasn't important long as it was quality. Hard to accept it's quality when it's got seeds in.
