Sweet Seeds Dark Devil, Barney’s Farm LSD. Yummy!
Hi all,

Finished up my Barney’s Farm LSD and while waiting for it to dry I was looking at my SS Super Skunk momma and notice that while cutting clones off of her this spring I created a very nice base with many tops and thought to myself, “that would make a great SCROG.”

So back on Wednesday of last week I went to work on her. She was in a 4 liter pot and was uppotted to a 15 liter autopot with a homemade soil. Then I spread her out wide as I could, watered her in with some Recharge and MammothP, and let her dry out for a couple days.

So after a day for her to drain and dry, I tossed her into the tent on Wednesday. I didn’t fill the reservoir because she was plenty wet from the bacterials and needs to stretch her roots out. Just for info sake, she has been getting fed 3g per gallon of Mega Crop for months now and that will be the strength we start with. Here she is in her first day under the SCROG.

Ok two days later and we are in the tent stretching. Everyday I’m rearranging her branches and still lowering the SCROG. By the way, this is my first time doing a SCROG so if you see me screwing up royally, please say something. I’m using a piece of garden fencing that is vinyl coated with 2”x3” holes to work with. It is zip tied to four spring clamps that are attached to the tent poles. The reservoir was given three gallons of rainwater with 3g per gallon of MC and the spigot was opened.

Two more days and the lady has been tied down for 5 days. She is starting to spread out under the net. After the latest round of tucking and repositioning she is 20”x18” across. Seems to be handling the 3g a gallon of MC being bottom fed with ease.

Here are several pics showing how she is setup under the SCROG. Again if you see something wrong please let me know. All info, suggestions, criticisms, and laughter is welcome.

Very nice Hemi, two classic strains, and quick flowery by the looks of things. Interested to see how this turns out.
Supposedly can get big in the wilds. I’m going to veg her another week or so and then the flip. Hoping to fill that screen with buds. Always wanted to try.

Threw the remains of the last photo harvest out in the greenhouse to see if I can get a reveg and bloom out of them by this fall.

Recycling at its finest.

I miss a good skunk. When I was younger there was a skunk strain bread to our area over 20+ years. She would get big fast and flower fast northern mountain area. She was dank haven’t had any in years I wonder if cuttings r still floating around. May have to ask around.

That would definitely be something to get ahold of and keep going.

Yeah wish I was able to keep a mother a couple years ago when my buddy had me care for a bunch of clones of a jack herer again bread over years to handle our conditions. I kept one for caring for the others long enough to go outside. Absolutely wonderful smoke. Thought I had an in for years to come with the jack but the man who had the mother moved out of the area after 60 years living and growing and breading here.
