New Grower Seriously Vile Creature - Shreds Leaves Fast [pics]

Okay I love nature & I am always doing my best to help it but I must admit these creatures are pretty nasty. They attack & possibly eat other &use their back ends like a scorpion does for protection and just nothing very nice about them, the way they move, act and the fact they eat my herb.

I found these two & hope I have found them all as when I caught it, it was having a seriously fast eating session and they have shredded some leaves and left indentation marks on some of my plants [so far not close to plant ruining/killing level]....

Anyone know what these speedy gobblers are?


Additional info - They do not seem able to fly.
EDIT - Just flushed them down the sink (dead) and they DO have wings underneath their shell but at no point did they even attempt to fly, even when under attack/being placed in the tub...

I thought they seemed like ear-wigs but I was unaware that they eat cannabis and so damn quickly as well.
Must say though that both of those creatures are 100% the same species, one looks slightly different but the way they acted, the fact they both ate my plants and the way they moved was all in sync.

If they are ear-wigs that's really weird for me as in the past I haven't exactly loved them but was never overly bothered or disliked them but after seeing them eat my plants and their nasty characteristics, I would have to put them in my very few but definitely disliked list of creatures!
Only can think of wasps off the top of my head that I really dislike other than these gits!

EDIT - You are of course right Nam! I just looked on the link and it all made sense as this only happened when I left some of my plants out and night which coincides with nocturnal and that they seldom use their flying ability.

The male one has a more curved rear so the other must be a female.

EDIT 2 - I seriously hope these little gits have not laid eggs in my soil, this is my only concern!
