Bud enhancers and bloom boosters are like fishing lures. You know about fishing lures right? They're designed to catch fishermen......Do some serious research, all that stuff is bunk! Save your money! And for those that don't agree, SHOW me, side by side clones and control plants. Without science to backup claims, anecdotes are not going to prove anything. You don't see organic grows trying to overload the plants with nutes they can't process!
From Garden Myths:
Bloom Boosters
For many people growing plants in pots is all about getting flowers–lots of them. If your goal is to produce as many flowers as you can, should you be using a bloom booster?
A bloom booster is a fertilizer with a high middle number–it has a lot of phosphorus compared to nitrogen.
The answer is NO. The idea that plants need a huge injection of phosphorus in order to bloom is an old myth that just won’t die. Plants need a good balanced diet, just like you and me.
