ordered from Herbies on the 3rd still nothing. Paid for tracked package but they sent air mail as I guess tracked raise more eyebrows. Its been 10 days and still nothing.

how much did you order? i know ordering seeds seems like i big deal and really it can be but with the new laws and tides turning in the favor of MMJ seeds are not something to worry about as much anymore as when people first started ordering. yes you do see peoples seeds get snatched by customs from time to time but thats out of countless of other orders getting to others getting to us safe and sound, and really unless you ordered 1000's of dollars of seeds i dont think anyone is watching your package. you said it sent air mail i believe that is across seas, are you in the states? if so than your package has switched over to new carrier and you should try your tracking number with Usps or Ups or Fedex.
I am in in the midwest. No tracking as they dont send that way anymore. Last time I ordered I got them in 3 days. Its been 10 since the order. Just a little nervous actually more than a little. I only orderd 6 seeds.

Tried to check but cannot get the location anymore but FedEx announced some delays in U.S, they mentioned but am not from there sop forgot but it was quiet large;.

They really do well. Herbies that is. Midwest here as well. It will make it. The last order cracked me up when I got it. They are good.
You don't have to worry about getting busted because all they do is destroy the seeds and send you the rest of the package.
There is no way of proving you ordered them. So they cant arrest you on a hunch. Now they can pill the shipping address into a database where they could flow up later to check
But if a cop ever comes to your house, NEVER EVER open the door. If he has a warrant to arrest you, don't worry he will open it himself. But you can talk I them from a window or go out the back door and walk around to other door. Reason is because if you open your door while he is standing there, he could be a dick and say he smells pot, which being you do( hahaha), he can say he has a reason then to enter your home on suspicion!
