So, I bought the seeds for my next run direct from the Breeder. I paid, they shipped quickly & arrived safe & sound.. I bought 10 seeds & got 5 freebies..

I have germinated all about 2 weeks apart over the course of the last month with exception of the freebies... Out of everything I purchased only 1 has popped up, all the rest were duds.. I used the paper towel method like I have always done.. So At first I was thinking mYbe it was me.. It actually had me beginning to doubt myself, until I tried it again I'm the same pots, the same way with the exact same undisturbed soil with some random bag seed & some seeds I got from a fella on FB & they all were up within 48 hours, no problem. The breeder seeds I left alone for 2 weeks & nothing.

So should I contact them or just say screw it & never purchase from them again. Thing is I was really excited to try out there stuff. I've read nothin but good things about them.

Definitely contact the distributor the breeder is someone hired in by the distributor to breed strains unless the distributor breeds themselves. But definitely contact them most sellers will replace your entire order. Who did you go through Can I ask?

I went directly through the breeder who has a huge fan base on this forum. I don't want to put them in a negative light on the forum till I atleast reach out to them first & get a response. I don't want to get bashed by all the fanboys.

Respect I can understand that. I would definitely contact the breeder explain your issues, describe your methods used to germinate the beans. Keep in mind most breeders instruct to germinate their way so if you didn’t germ to breeder specifications then they won’t warrant their guarantee.

I know exactly how you feel bud. I've had the same issue with a breeder on here also, but everyone I mentioned it to kinda played me like I'm a fool that just doesn't know how to germ right smh. I contacted the breeder through here, and also through direct email and i never heard a word back from them. Pretty disappointing considering all the cash I've dropped off on them. I just put it behind me for the same reason you've mentioned. The fan boy wrath can become overwhelming. Good luck man.

I'm editing this because not mentioning who I had the issue with is corny to me. I'm naming them because that was my hard earned cash that I spent on 2 orders and out of all the seeds I ended up with 3-4 that actually germed and were harvested. The money loss didnt kill me, but there may be others with tighter financial circumstances where wasting over a hundred bucks may hit them kind of hard.I received no reply at all from Mitch or anyone else from Mephisto to my email nor my private message on here. Now I'm not trying to bash them at all. Like I said, I moved on. But the fact that I heard nothing back at all, and that this was the 2nd company on this site I had issues with, left me feeling kinda shitty.

Well out of a pack of seven only 1 of the seeds actually popped & it’s doing really well. 2 popped but never lost the protective shell, looked weak & died a couple days later. The rest never broke ground. I’ve contacted the breeder & I’m waiting on a reply. It’s been a couple days but haven’t heard back yet. I’ll give them a few days to see what’s up.l, if no reply I’ll try again.
