Because they are not Hlg!!! They are quantum boards produced in china, I have two in my tent they are alright but not as good as Hlg in any fashion

i went with an english made QB. don't know if its allowed by the site to share the producer name or link. anyway the company has solid reviews on a different forum . now i need to w8 and see..
