Hi Reptile... the Halogen lamps are not good for growing..the cfls would be a better option....:tiphat:
As a gift from a friend I got a 150w Bulbo silvania agro hps, if I put it in the center of the grow and I leave the 2 50w cfl I'm sides??

depends how hot you temps get. the more light the better but you dont want to burn your girls up. make sure its stays under 85F. but you really want it under or at 80F. 85 is MAX temps before you start seeing problems
If you got a 150 Watt silvania agro HPS you'll be able to grow one very small plant. The 2 x 50 watt CFL's will do feck all but sure you might as well add them in for the laugh. If you could I'd replace them with 2 x 150Watt CFL's as you said they are only $15 each. Depends how much stuff you want to grow. If you only want a few grams, maybe a single ounce at the most, then go with your current setup. If you want more, upgrade upgrade upgrade.
20 cm away with a 150 Watt HPS is too far away. I would aim for 8 - 15cm.
With 8 cm away the top of the plant will be getting about 25,000 foot candles and 15 cm away it will be getting about 7,000 foot candles. 20 cm away and you're getting less than 5,000 foot candles. So really the closer the better.
If you find the top of the plant is going yellow back off the light. If you can put your hand under the light with the back of your hand facing the bulb and hold it there for a minute comfortably without your hand getting 'hot' then the plant will feel the same, then it's good.

Generally I would buy all the products from the same manufacturer to be simple and safe.
You've bought some Canna base nutrients and a B'Cuzz addative and a General Hydroponics addative.
It's much 'better' if you're not an absolute expert grower to just stick to all the same manufacturer and follow their grow schedule.
Here is the B'Cuzz grow schedule. It says to add the Blossom Builder six weeks after switching the lights to 12 hours light and 12 hours darkness.

Go to your grow shop and see if they have either Plagron or soil or BioBizz soil or Canna soil and buy the matching nutrients for that soil brand and follow their grow schedule. If you keep all the soil and nutrients all the same brand and follow the grow guide and give the plants plenty of strong light (HPS or LEDs) you should get plenty of buds. Try that on your next grow and I guarantee you'll get even better results.
