If you could get a 400w (advertised) led panel ($200) in there probably get much MUCH better plants imo.

that shit sucks when u want an answer quik and nobody listens,i know bro I been there.but as to ur question,thats up to you but I like to wait till all the hairs are no longer white.but if u got a microscope I harvest when there all white with just a couple amber.i like the wired high
