Also u shouldn't have to flush with organics.. just give them plain water, but then again that is one of the biggest debates to date.

That’s a textbook Skywalker grown really nicely, well done. !

Her buds are generally really dense so she may not swell too much more, use the Trichs as your best guide

Water to run off... The correct answer is more work than most are willing to do. Ideally you want the soil to siphon the water up the root ball. To accomplish this you lightly hit the top of the bucket and then you water from the tray. This method comes with cautions but if you get it right, the pot will suck up all the contents of the tray. It takes practice.
