Small holes in leaf?

hello fellow growers!

so i have a small issue, i sometimes get these small hole on some of my leafs, its somewhat uncommon. its only happened on 4 leafs (different plants) and i have a total of 9 plants. (check my journal for all the information)

my pH level are all good, my feed pH is 7.1 and my run off is 6.5-7.0 trough all the plants.

and im only giving 25%-50% strength nutrients + cal-mag.

i have also checked under all my leafs for any signs of webbing and such, but all clear in that area.

is it something i should be worries about? or is it just something that happens?
if there is anymore information you need just let me know and ill get it up.

I wouldn't worry about it, but just keep checking for insects or slugs.
