Hi all I'm back again this time it's DPs Auto Ultimate and Diafems Blue kush Auto being grown in 20 ltr Dwc buckets with AIT spider air stones (diffusers ) which are amazing. The lights are 2 1000 wat led Vipars and for flowering I will add 1 600 hps. The nutrients I'll be useing is the full canna range. I'm waiting on 2 gn LEDs. Anyway the seeds were cracked in paper towels then were put in to root riot cubes for 7 days until roots showed then they went into the system on Monday in plain ph 5.6 water I'll run them for a few days before I give them there 1st feed. Your welcome guys. There all doing well they all have roots I'm going to start there feed tomorrow I'll start the ultimate off on about 300 350 ppm and the blue kush at 200 250 ppm. I will also post some photos as well. [emoji41]
All the girls are doing fine I started the ultimate (which are all together in the big 60 litre bubbler) at 300 ppm rhizotonic 2 ml per litre then made ppm 300 with formulex and the blue kush ppm 250 ph 5.6 they are under just one led 1000. I'm going to get them going in the tent and then in a couple of weeks I put the ultimate in there own pots. Then they're all going into a much bigger grow room were they will be able to spread there wings. Here's a few pics. Sorry there isn't no root shots. I just don't like useing the flash on seedling roots
The more bubbles the better the air pumps from halia that have 4 out lets are good for one pot I don't use air stones I use AIT spider air diffusers which are amazing you can get them from eBay. The pump I use is a 145 ltr per minute halia which runs all of my pots Ihad to build a sound prof box for it cause it's so loud. The guy at the shop told me with a big grin that it's supposed to be silent. [emoji35] I reckon that it was a deaf guy who gave it the sound test. So the more air the better I would use that 4 out let on just the one 20 ltr bucket and this is just my opinion I've found that the more bubbles you've got in that bucket the les chance you've got of getting root rot
Use all 4 from the start. The more the better. I was told by a top dwc grower.which I've found to be true that the more air bubbles you got the less chance of root rot. Also keep an eye on your Rez temps anything above 22 and your going to get problems I keep my room at 23 in the day and 20 at night and that keeps my Rez temps down to 18 also buy some Dutch Master ZONE which I think is top shelf as it cleans your roots and Rez.What strain are you doing mate and what nutrients [emoji41]
