Used to be the unofficial party zone was the uppermost deck, behind the stern (rear) smokestack. These days there are cameras everywhere though. I'd think gummies or some other candy like thing that you could put in a candy box would be the way to go. Baked goods won't get onboard

Oil ..in a capsule you get from the chemist or just pull apart a panadol capsule and fill. Take 1 .. take 2 .. take 10 its all good.

Coconut oil (well infused) in some sort of apparent cosmetics container would likely get past the food nazis. I would be a tad careful with this if it is a work trip. A foulup could mean looking for a new job.
