DIY solar kits

not sure if this should go in here but it seemed like the best place
alright so, i was cruising craigslist and i found a solar kit.
(solar panels, mounting hardware, charge controller, inverter, cables etc.)
I am just curious of what wattage solar panel i would need to run 1000w nano digi with hydro farm 8in fan for 18/6
honestly I do not know anything about solar panels so any info would be much appreciated

could anyone point me in the right directions or have a nice solar kit they have bought and are using that they can suggest
