Afghan Mass Auuto, Jock Horror Auto, Dark Devil Auto cabinet grow with 4 small twist cfls, got 2+ oz off each plant. One I topped once and one I topped twice. Yes I know youre not suppost to top autos, but im a risk taker. Cant learn if you dont experiment.

holy shit I love it.yeah lot of people look down on ya for toppin auto but I don't give a shit.if I grow a plant now it gets topped,simple as that!

Go to the top of the plant, and then look down the stem until you find the first (from the top) big pair of leaves. right above that about half an inch, cut the stem completley and then either throw away, or plant the cut off piece depending on how big it is.

Thats it.

Also, AWESOME autos man! Looks like topping them worked out well. When did you top them the first time? I think he main problem with topping autos is not doing it at the right time.

I topped my auto on my first grow shes fairing well. She just started to flower

top them on the fourth node!when the leaves are barely sticking up like praying.you shouldn't have to cut much off.barely anything.u wanna use an exacto knife. you should end up with 8 colas.all same length,perfect for hanging led.my opinion anyways

I was topping after the 3rd set of leaves. And gave them 36 hours of darkness about have way through the grow.
