New Grower Soon to have 2 under the belt

Hey AFN first thanks to this network I have kept 2 plants alive and producing I have a journal up Auto Jack 47 and Kanniba Thai Fantasy auto. So jack 47 ive been taking a branch here and there to test and shes at a good spot I think so I may start her flush next feed.
Can some one please tell me if when I flush I can use advanced nutrients final phase with my water during the cleansing of my plant or do I give her a feed of ph water and final phase before cleanse with plain tap water or ph water?

Thai fantasy she was a free seed and wow she is taller then me and I hope she only gets no more then 8 inxh taller or im gonna run out of ceiling. She I refuse to experiment with cause of how huge she has gotten jack 47 ive been taking a branch here anf there and trying diferent things and she should have around a oz afyer harvest but thai fantasy just guessing if all works out ahould give me 3 oz give or take im hoping more like a QP that be nice. Heres her update ill post a pic a montj ago of the 2 side by side and then one of them sidw ny side within the past 5 days

Thanks which one thai jusy begsin begin to opem buds jack im planing to overdrive her nedt feed then just final phase and ph water for 2 feeds and after that just give ph water for week or so

Now thai fantasy this is her 2 days ago

her lower section I cut a good 15 20 leaves and stems off cause they were undergrown and dying getting no light so wanted more energy on tje sites higher up didnt slow growth cause flowers double in size past 3 days and I moved light up about 2 and a half feet shes now 6 to 10 inchs from light again I can only raise light up mabe 2 ft max
