18/02 As the flush on the Sweet Tooth begins two Sour Crack have gone into germ for now named A+B, they are in paper towels with filtered water between two small black plates, which will be left on top of the oven hood as the lights heat the metal casing nicely.
Bean A ---------- Bean B
Once they crack will transplant the seed root down, using a pair of tweezers into the final pots. These will be a 11L(3gal) standard square pot and a tiny 1L(34oz) airpot, i have followed alot of Sour Crack grows and reckon due to her small size, fast finish time and air pruning she will grow ok in there, and if so would make this strain perfect and viable for a mini SOG for those with limited space, with the possibilty of about 9 plants in a 50cmx60cm area.
The medium will be Bio Bizz Light Mix soil with 20% added perlite, not sure if the added perlite will be a good idea or not in the small pot as it will be drying out quick enough already any input on this would be great. Will also for the first time be using MycoPlant (Michorizza 400 spores/g + clay + peat + silica), will be watering it in a couple of days after the seeds have sprouted as i am waiting for the growshop to order some in, the description says 1g but that is per tree does not give amount for plants, any input on this would be helpful.
Lighting will be sunlight for between 7-10 hours a day and whatever is needed to make it upto 18/6 under a 150w dual spectrum CFL, with two T5 6400k side lights (will be looking to replace these with two 50w CFL bulbs when i get time). Enviroment will be daily outside on the terrace with variable humidity and nice air movement. Box will also have a 30w dual speed Cyclone fan to recuce heat and humidity and we get into summer, temp and humidity sensor on order to keep track of it.
Nutes will be mainly Bio Bizz with extra CalMg and Bio Bud will list them all below, i base my feed around Duck Commanders schedule tweaking if or when needed. Water is from the tap and left to sit out 24/48hrs before nutes is PH 7.1 which seems to buffer great in the Light Mix i use.
