Well the order has not been placed and paid for yet after problems with the AFN discount code not working, three mornings staying up till 3am to contact with Tina on the matter and is now solved and the discount is working.

Without seeing the tent and light and giving a thorough unpacking photo session and inspection i can pass any judgement at all.

But it it was not for the constant and friendly customer service provided by Tina the order process would for sure be less than its current 3 out of 10 rating, and as for customer service 9 out 10 for sure, with the only point lost really is due to crazy time zones differences which is not their fault and way beyond there control but a score10 is saved for in the case of total perfection which on my scale makes a 9 an as good as perfect score.

No worries as i said to you in my PM this morning, inconveniences happen in walks of life business, personal etc. The inconvenience is not what affects the company or the person it is the, the way that its dealt with is what defines the party involved and finally what is can make or break something when it comes to repeat service and custom. Best rule of business when i studied for a while when i was is college is to accept all mistakes and problems no matter how big or small they may seem, side with your customer and make the best of your power to get them happy and on your side again, whilst at a internal company level track down the source of your failures and make sure they never happen again.

Staff like you are the backbone of a operation like Mars and really hold it all together and are the face of the company whenever the shit hits the fan and are the first to deal with angry customers, not one more apology is needed as the way you dealt with it all was higher than i would expect from anyone else in the markets.

Take it as a warning, one more sorry from your mouth and you will be off to the naughty step for a full on punishment session lol

The current cardboard box size is 100cmx60cmx40 and the tent 160cmx70cmx70 (for you those that like inches box = 40"x23.6"x15.75" tent 63"x27.5"x27.5")

So i nice gain in height (even with LED distance) and in depth, for sure can get two full sized pot grows in there and with taller strains also, and you know i gonna squeeze a 1L in there also

If you want to get the secret to win with your with on getting a tent in the house if you are already rocking a micro grow well here it is - honey the tent is not going to take up much more space than the box and will looks less inconspicuous and if your friends come round and see it you can tell them it is one of those zip up wardrobes that you use to store my old clothes in, also once i get a filter in you wont be able to smell a thing coming through the door to the study, and even better the power used by the new light that i should also get as it is made to fit in this tent uses less power than i run now so the bills will come down.

Ok get our credit card out she said and just do it, seems win win to us both from where i see it was the answer. I think i could have been a lawyer i can lie through my teeth while keeping it a half truth building a case for my cause that has no argument against it, funny thing is she actually is a lawyer so guess its catching

AH-HA lol I have found you... dude you got the same light as I did lol the 400 is a damn good light I sent you a PM... I got some interesting strains going now in DinaFems Moby Dick Auto,Sweet Seeds Black Jack and Black Cream Auto and the DP AutoNight Queen. The 5x5x7 is a great size for me as I like to just let the plants wether it be autos or photos just do their thing and now I can do that without worrying about height and space restrictions. My next go I am going to do a PhotoPeriod run with some of my favorite and god I am excited, gonna drop some Dutch Passion Blue Velvet,CBD Seeds Original YumBolt one of my last 2 Barneys Farm LSD and its a toss up on the 4th plant it will either be Dutch Passion Frisian Duck or I may revisit the Aurora Indica from Nirvana I have got alot of beans so I will have to check to actually remember what I have but those 3 strains are a lock in.
