Grow Mediums Spider Webs??

Looking good man.
The soil plant looks straightened out.
If you need to bend any of your stems to avoid light burn, there are several methods.(It isn't preferable, but you have to work with the space you have)

The biggest advice is go slow.
LST- Low Stress Training- many articles about it. we are a bit late to really do it right, but many of the principles will apply at this stage as well

If I am concerned about a branch breaking, I will tie a weight on the end to apply gentle pressure to bend it over, just keep adding weight each day until it is bent over where you want it.
You can tie it down pulling a little bit each day until you have it where you want.

A riskier method
Have a small strip of duct tape at the ready, in case branch snaps.

Pick the place you want to do the bend, gently squeeze branch between thumb and forefinger for about an inch in that area then gently bend in that place, the bruised fibers should bend easier without being as likely to snap.

If bend breaks or seems weak, straighten, wrap with duct tape. and allow to bend.
This usually works. But the occasional oh shit moments happen.

The LST is difficult with the space space I have so I just tied a string round the top and pulled the main cola to the said the best I could so its no longer directly under the light. I just hope the lower part of the canopy exposed to so much light does not shoot up and hit the Light as well its not to low but it has a good amount of space from the light.

Should I mist my plants often if they are close to the light and feel that much heat?

No do not mist them.
You will get light burn from the light being magnified by the water.
Tying the main bud off to side should help.

What are signs of light burn?? Just so I can make sure I already haven't done that

Irregular shaped yellow spots.
Especially where you have noticed water bead up.

While I was making some adjustments in my room my dog knocked over my fan and it slammed right into my Pineapple express soil plant. No leaves got damaged and it wasn't to bad but now shes drooping really hard. So should I start doing anything special from now to this plant or just any shocked plant in general? I feel like its just a nature thing and she will be perfectly fine later in life but I just wanna know for knowledge reason.

Im starting to see frost on my leaves and my hairs are turning brown on a few plants its so beautiful :)

Zion-- odd that she reacted like that even though damage was minimal,...:dunno:.... whole plant drooping you say? Did the pot get mashed some? -damaged/ traumatized roots can cause this as well, but this seems rather unlikely...... in any case, treat her with Superthrive, or B1 vitamins, which are excellent for shock!

Yeah Idk why it shocked her so badly because this was late last night and her leaves are still drooping pretty bad it breaks my heart :(. No my pot is still in perfect shape still so I dont think its that, but i'm going to give the superthrive a shot because this plant is going so good I don't want to hurt her at all

Branches can get bruised or roots shocked when a big crash happens.
Look closely at everything to rule out any critters or other symptoms.
If it was just a shock she will bounce back.
