You discard fan leaves they go yellow for areason the nutrients are heading to the bud in order to finish up if the trim leaf close to the bud has trichomes on it then it is considered trim.

Thank you for the info that what I was thinking as well because the leaves close to the bud look like a snowman lol. Just curious what do people do with actually leaves? Im sure there are plenty of things you do with them

I'm growing Trans Siberian from Auto Seeds and the description says if you flush the plant and give it 48-72 hours of darkness it makes the plant more frosty. Is that just a growing trick in general or do certain strain just like things like that? For Example if I to do that to my Chemdog would it do the same thing or just harm the plant? Does this technique have a name also?

I wouldn't do 72 hours as I would be concerned about mold, mildew or budrot, some feel it makes a beneficial difference, some don't.
I am in the latter camp, but I don't believe it hurts.
As for the sugar leaves, some people use it for hash, some people smoke it.

Im going to do it to one and just cut the other and see the difference between the plants. Im going to use the sugar leaves to make bubble hash. could I extract just the kieft of the leaves and just keep it that form?

Yeah that is what a lot of people do.
Since most of what I grow is for personal use, I do not trim bud leaves and sugar leaves very heavily.
I find I get some flavors and smells from those leaves that will be missing from the bud alone.
And since I have plenty to smoke whenever I want, I want it to taste like I like it!
Now, if it does not complement the bud for some reason (it happens) I can still trim it off and use for hash as I do all my "funky trimmings".

Is there a trick or any true way to tell If you've flushed your plant all the way? I feel like is more of a guessing game and reading your plant to the best of your ability

Depending on your conditions
I would say most hydro is pretty well clean within 3- 5 days of flushing.
Most soil or soil less I would say a good 10 days to be certain.

Ive had the hydro flushing for 4-5 days now so I think im going to cut her down today or tomorrow. Usually she drinks a whole bucket of feed within that time but she's not drinking ask much, Im guessing because its straight water and no nutes? for my soil ive just been feeding her it 1 1/2 maybe 2 gallons of straight water and let it dry out. Ive done this twice so far so I think its working im gonna cut those this weekend. I would want my soil completely dry before switching them to all darkness for 24 hours? those wet pots in the dark may be a bad idea right?
