Live Stoner Chat starting seedlings under a 180 watt led

i bought a 60x3 led ufo last year---never used advertized as a 180 watt. can i start seedlings under this light and if so how far from seedlings should i put light--there is no heat under this light--it has 4 fans on top.i usually put under clfs for a week then strait to hps

I grew mine for the first 4 weeks under a "300" watt (165 watt actual draw) LED. I kept it about a foot above them. They didn't stretch or get stressed out.

I've been growing mine pretty much from seed under a mars hydro 300w.... no stretch and very bushy!

Im using the 180w Ufo too for my Babies. Im 60-70 cm over the Heads and get decent node spacing on them.
