...anyway, sometimes even pheno' differences can show this way, all other things being equal! 
...the leaves look like either Ca or P defc., harder to tell in that pic, and when symptoms are this advanced,... otherwise, I see a little tip yellowing from rich feeding, you're right at the edge,... I don't think the pot size was causing the troubles, but that's moot now! ..as long as you didn't disturb the roots much, she'll be okay,....
