WELCOME :D

A new member to this site, I invite you to join my journey to produce some pretty looking plants, and of course something to choke on after a day at work. :toke:

So I have done just 1 grow previously , White Label Auto Widow. It was under a 250w DS HPS light in 6.5L pots, BioBizz All Mix and nutes. I ended up with about 1.5oz from 2 plants.

Now, I have been working away in my head and I present my new creation

I guess for any stealth builders out there I will list my work.

BUILD

- I stripped out a large vintage wardobe, its huge!

- Using 6mm MDF and 30mm doweling I insulated the wardrobe all round by creating the mdf walls, then drilling holes and filling with expanding foam.

- Once that had cured I set about sealing the whole cab using exterior sealant. (for air and light gaps)

- Installed a variable passive intake in the lower of the cab , also light proof.

- Fitted a key and lock that suits the style

- Installed the 5" acoustic ducting, nice and quiet.

- Fitted my 5" RAM extractor, 250w HPS cooltube and Phat Filter

GROW

Once I have the mylar and other small things (ph meter) I will be popping 6 x Dutch Passion - Think Different in 6.5L square pots. From the paper towel germination right up to finish. Im hoping for a sort of 6 plant SOG if you will.

Aiming for ~30g a plant  (correct me if im dreaming)

I will be using BioBizz Lite Mix, grow , bloom and top max.

Mollases during flower and some epsom salts as they hit flower.

My aim is to document everything as close as possible so others can learn from my mistakes or maybe even find some useful info.

Questions ? Id love some :D

Welcome to AFN mate  looking forward to seeing some pics of your stealth wardrobe and following your grow :smokebuds:

Thanks Red, Ill get some nice pictures up when im home. ( work...urgh)
Im fairly happy with the end product, im even thinking about swapping for a 400w if I can control the temps !

Thankfully im pretty anal about my workspace, so the cabinet is very nicley made IMO. Why cut corners eh, its only going to get you caught or get lower quality weed.
Im currently looking for a way to monitor a webcam , temps and humidity from my phone :joint: I think I might have to my my own app for it .

heres a few phone pictures of mid build, showing the passive intakes, sealing process and a whole lot of mess in the cab. The 30mm insulated cavity makes a huge difference. It should look the dogs dangles when its mylar'd up

EDIT: Sadly the left front door is now secured shut, one door only. Mainly for soundproofing and security reasons

Also , here is a picture of my previous grow cab, again holding the 250w , diamond mylar, 5" RAM auto4.jpg

Looking good  6 think different in there could be a squeeze though as they can get big mate, but your 6.5L pots may keep them smaller and applying some LST will also help. :smokebuds:

From what ive seen, im hoping to get a fairly main bulk cola. Im looking to pull 5/6oz.

It was between 6 x DP Think Diff , or 3 x Mi5 and 3 x Low life AK.

Initially I wanted the Dwarf seeds 7 set, but heard bad things about them!

Forgot to mention ! 125w cfl will be used as supplemental lighting to correct the short cootube footprint. Both 6400k and 2700k

So I looked at Hazys fantastic grow, TD seems to do well from a scrog, i think perhaps I will scrog each pot at 10" , I can do a complete scrog as I couldnt get it out of the cab ! :joint:

So I picked up the mylar last night, sadly I have my girl coming back from france to visit me for the following week so I wont be getting much further then temp testing.

After looking through others grows, I think 3 x think different will be enough, each pot holding its own 40x40cm scrog screen 10" above the pot. Hope to get some nice flat panels of bud to arrange. possible even the two each side slanted towards the light a little! Sound do able ?
