She is going to need harvesting in stages, maybe 3 because the light wont penetrate far. Again be patient on the chop and 4-5 ounces is quite achievable with that lovely lady!

Do you find it any harder to maintain? Obviously there's more work involved making sure things are constantly right but does it seem like a person needs to have a lot more time involved?

You know what Free, it's really easy. I don't worry about pH until it's time for a res change, so that's once a week.
I didn't even worry about EC for a few weeks there, just watched the plant. She was green so all good.
Proper, low maintenance way of growing. I've even got a 25L bucket that i can drip-feed from if i need to go away for a week.
