Stinging Nettle does not contain alot of phosphate but they do have useable amounts of nitrogen, iron, magnesium and sulfur. You can also use the plants to activate your compost pile.

First you want to take the SN and chop it up into small pieces. Do not use seeded plants or roots. Place diced up plants into bucket with or without a type of netting or bag

Add your water to the same level as the SN. Even slightly below

Mix everyday or every other day for 2 weeks. You could probably cover with lid. I just add water to it when some of it evaporates.

Once solution is ready. Mix it in a ratio of 1:10 or slightly higher depending on the demand of your crop.

Beware SN is smelly

I brewed some up like tea and jarred it for use later this winter hopefully it will be good to use without the smell
worth a try.

Thanks for sharing.
