im doing JM`s drycuring proces... so humidity = 45% 1 day hangdrying in closet for each 10% and then add one more day.. that makes it 5 1/5 day in the closet..then she`l go into the jars :check: (as long as she keeps under 70% )

I'm guessing 63g for the dry weight.
