Try and use the light like this bro: 2 spots for seedling stage, 4 spots for veg and full power for flower, your girl will thank you. Also if you're concerned about light heights check out the Grownorthern Manual, there are loads of tips and light height info is on the first page :smokebuds:

Ye i checked it."Seedling to day 7 - 30 inches"..but i think that is for full power all the way?
just seemed so far.. ive seen people keep it so much closer in a early stage.

Yeah I think Tang and others have it around 8" but only in flowering, to be honest you could experiment a little, I find if I go any closer than the guidelines in the manual I start to get leaf bleaching, you just gotta find that sweet spot and raise accordingly I reckon. I'll stop by and check out the thread when I can man, I'm sure there will be plenty of folk chiming in soon
I would go around 45cm with just the 2 spots bro but you will know if your to far because they will stretch.
