Perhaps, consider foliar feeding with your cal-mag, or maybe just with some Epsom salts alone or supplementing the cal-mag. Particularly, consider top-of-leaf foliar feeding using Transport/Optic Foliar. Foliar feeding, even traditional under-leaf type, will resolve deficiencies quicker, and you won't be adding a load of salts/ions to your coco.

Otherwise, has anyone tried to test the limits with MegaCrop? I'm currently feeding 20-30 day old plants at 5 mL/gallon (plus Sweet Candy. Cal+Mag and MEGAzyme at recommended amounts, beneficial microbes, sometimes some silica and/or B-52), plus Transport foliar feeding with a good dose of AN pH Perfect Connoisseur Coco Bloom A&B and cal-mag (CALiMAGic), and I see no indications of any nute burn. Has anyone tried 6 mL/gallon in veg phase?

I am using Overgrow 3 times a week.

-- so, you were in Autopots before, but not now? When not connected, are you doing drain to waste with 15-20% run-off? What's the pH and EC/ppm going in vs. run-off? You shouldn't be pounding more nutes in without doing this run-off, more is not better,... coco is a more difficult medium to use, Autopots aside,... if the CEC has gone wack' in that coco, then the possible Mg defc. symptoms might be related to this,.... coco hogs Ca, and mg to a lesser extent,.. seem less likely since your supplementing, and the symptoms are so minor, I can't even be sure that's it,...
If you haven't done your homework on coco, do so even in Autopots,.. it cannot be treated like soil, or problems are going to happen,.... don't flush unless there's a definite need to, and if you do, never even use plain water in coco, for anything,.. this will start to mess up the CEC,.... recommendations for flushing call for RO/Di water, 150ppm Ca-Mg, plus another 150ppm nutes, pH to 6.0, and pour through until r-o is at or near inputs values,...
