My brother came to visit me, and we got to see each other for the first time in a few years. He was diagnosed with MS some time ago. It was gut wrenching to see his physique and posture. Physically he resembles an old man/ stroke victim, but he's only 41. He was always so long legged and athletic, it's hard to see.
I guess he was having a good day. He started out walking with a cane, from his car, and he had his step son with him, so after opening the door and a quick greeting I doubled back inside to prepare the table. Next thing I know my girls yelling and my brother is on his face. He can't even fucking crawl. I am so strong, but it was almost impossible to get him up and seated. His visit was nice. He had his wits and was being his funny, happy go lucky self. Last I saw him he was slurring and yelling like a drunk, saying hurtful things. My heart breaks for him, as he's always been an exemplary Patrick Swayzee type of guy, not to mention the most awesome big brother ever. When it came time for him to leave, I managed to talk him into accepting a piggy back ride to his car, and was able to get him out no problem. He says weed helps him more than anything, and his improvement is due to easing up on the opiates n doubling down on the chronic. Only thing is, bud goes for $20 a gram here, so he can't stay medicated all the time.
Does anyone here have MS or know anyone who does, that uses a strain specific treatment? I hear all the :dragon3: meds are 100 but I can't find their site and have heard they don't deliver to the states.
