Extraction Strain Rec for Oil runs?

Are there specific Auto strains that are known to be good on Honey Oil runs like photos like diesel but not diesel? known for helping out return % or do you just look for high yield strains?

I was thinking about doing a grow/run since I would be set on flower for a while after my next grow, but I know some strains are more suited for oil/resin production than others, but was just looking for some recs that might help increase my return ideally 25-30% on a nug only run. But my cap is 3 plants in my 2Dx4Wx8T.

Grow experience: 2 years ish , usually pull .84g/per Watt (220ish off 250w Led )in my current rig. Done runs before, but not large scale like whole plants or multiple plants.

Thinking out loud 7gal fabric: 3 auto Ultimate and go balls deep, or mixing 1 DP Ultimate, 1 Fruity XL Strain and a Sweet seeds Mandrine XL

Hey there @TheSpacePope ,I've been thinking about this post and jus my two cents would be to look for high thc plants because when making oil or hash products( even butter) ,you are washing off the trichomes,my best return has been with chem dog,but it was a photo plant,I washed some dry ice hash and got about 80% return but that was with 160 micron...anyway hope this helps
