well cause you already said it.....if you want short powerful bud in around 55-65 days u want afghan kush ryder. I grew and have one growing now Pakistan ryder and she was only 15 inchs tall and it was some potent 100 percent indica.if you go with photo ur lookin at least 3 months and at least 2.5 ft tall. hope this helps
Hey Flub, haven't seen you in a while, as my time around here is also decreasing (I despise censorship in / of any form), but this is the first I saw of your post. When you say "short" strain, are you referring to size & stature or length of grow. IMO, I would stay away from the W.O.S. Afghan Kush as the last 2 "autos" we farmed...didn't.(see photos..nice harvest /yield, great smoke, but did not auto and took far to much of 2013 growing season) Ended up growing her for 189 dayz!!! The first went 152. We have always been fond of the Himalayan Blue Diesel (ShortStuff), both fairly short grow period AND stays pretty consistant in heigth & growth pattern. Real stable and fuckin' kicks like a mule on a ladder. Hope you get some other responses. Be well Brother. Keep us in the know. Puff, puff, pass

the length of the grow don't bother me i have no problem waiting 3/4 months for some good herb just wanna stay away from stuff that will stretch like a mofo i have 3 packs of photo seeds here and may just run with them so it could be down to lost coast og blue og or the front runner at the moment holy grail
not been round a lot lifes got real busy with hospital appointments and general life getting in the way
as for the akr i may give it a miss but nothing is decided as yet
