If all my plants looked like that I would be a happy Gardner jax they do now seam to be moving in the right direction at last with moving the lights up it nice to see where others are at and thank you for sharing that pic for me to see.

Be patient. You will wake up one morning and they will have shot up two inches This is the time I would be adding a scrog into the mix. Plant looks great!
I'm only just getting the hang of it bud yet I'm guessing it's like riding a bike.
